Building muscle is not difficult, but it takes time, effort and some intelligence for many of us . Some people are naturally muscular, lean and strong , but that does not describe me, and probably do not describe why you are reading this .
Here are three conditions to effectively build muscle: exercise , rest, and nutrition.
Part of the year is more obvious to people. Resistance exercise works best , two free weights , exercise machines , exercise bands , rubber or the like. Now you can possibly build muscle with aerobic exercise , for example, build big muscular legs with skiing or biking a lot, but this is a side effect of this type of exercise, and to create a uniform body muscle you need some type of exercise program of resistance. Now, it may just be that you are working or doing other construction work that involves physical work and get your exercise in this way would be, but is not a part of us. Many of us have a fairly sedentary .
Among the options available for most of us , free weights work much better . Although machines etc. have their place and you can even use them exclusively , you will see the biggest advantages of fast free weights. Make sure you have someone show you the ropes : a personal trainer , an employee gym, etc. and be careful to avoid bad shape that injuries are more likely.
Of course , it is also a good doctor before starting any exercise program ! This is critical .
Rest is important. Did you know that your muscles do not grow when you exercise , but when you are shooting in the periods of rest between workouts ? It is common for beginners ( and not only) being too " gung ho " and most of the train. Severe pain, lethargy and mood swings can be symptoms of overtraining. Some pain is certainly OK , and you learn to say the pain "good" pain and "bad" outside quickly.
You must ensure that you do not work every part of your body too often a week , each workout too hard , and you get adequate sleep . I think I need to sleep more when I heavy additional training sessions . Also take account of other exercises you can get, including sports and aerobic exercises.
Nutrition is the key! As the saying goes , you can not get to train a poor diet ! Protein needs are perhaps the most obvious as they go, but in general , a healthy diet and nutrition is even more important when building muscle .
Learning to cook can contribute greatly to food. The basic skills in the kitchen are simple, and when you can control the ingredients , you know exactly what you are eating . I always recommend people start with a healthy recipe or two that you want , and then expand their kitchen. Based healthy cooking is very simple and fun !
